Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
